Broasted Crispy Chicken recipe

Broasted Crispy Chicken Ingredients:

1 kilo chicken, cut into separate pieces
an egg
flour cup
Salt, pepper and spices as desired
1 teaspoon cumin
tablespoon vinegar
teaspoon ginger
lemon juice
300 g rusk
grated onion
How to make broasted crispy chicken:

  1. Wash the chicken well.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon, spices, cumin, onions and ginger.
  3. Leave the chicken to marinate for an hour.
  4. Dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
  5. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Heat the oil on a high flame.
  7. Put the chicken in the oil, after a minute, turn the heat to medium.
  8. Fry the chicken until it turns golden.
  9. Lift the chicken, drain and serve hot.
