Ingredients

230 gm fusilli spiral pasta

6 cups shredded lettuce leaves

¼ cup shredded Parmesan

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Toasted bread cut into cubes

To prepare the sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

⅓ cup shredded parmesan

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 sliced ​​anchovy fillet

2 cloves garlic mashed

Salt and black pepper to taste

How to prepare
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 400 Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, butter, parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder and stir well.

Put the bread cubes in the form of a single layer in the oven tray, add the olive oil mixture and stir gently until the bread acquires the flavors

Then put the tray in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the bread is toasted and becomes golden and crunchy, then set it aside.

Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, fish, garlic, salt and pepper

Stir until the sauce ingredients are completely mixed.

Boil pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

Put the lettuce leaves in the salad bowl, then put the pasta, Parmesan, salt and pepper, then pour the sauce and stir until the ingredients are well mixed.

We serve it after garnishing it with toasted bread.
