Chicken burger with cheese Ingredients

Ingredients for chicken pieces: Six hundred grams of chicken breast cut into medium-sized pieces. Two teaspoons of mustard. Crushed clove of garlic. Salt, white pepper and black pepper – to taste. Burger Ingredients: Twelve pieces of small burger bun. Eight teaspoons of mayonnaise. Half a tablespoon of mustard. Ten leaves of rocca. Six slices of gouda cheese. Vegetable oil. Method of preparation We put the chicken, mustard, garlic, white and black pepper, and salt in the food processor, then mash the ingredients well to form a dough-like mixture.

Cut the mixture into twelve balls, or until the amount of chicken mixture runs out, then flatten it between our hands in order to get circles the size of a piece of bread, or a little larger than it. Cut the burger bread into two parts, and spread a small amount of mayonnaise and mustard on the lower pieces of bread, then put the Rocca leaves on top. Cut the cheese slices. Heat the grill, or a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat, then put a piece of chicken on it, and leave it to cook from the bottom, and the cheese melts. Put the chicken pieces on top of the Rocca, then cover with the remaining pieces of bread, and serve it on the dining table with potato wedges.
