Chicken Breast – 6

Salt – as desired

Ground black pepper – to taste

Butter – 2 tablespoons

Chicken broth – a third of a cup

Minced onion – 2

Ground thyme – 1/4 teaspoon

Water – a quarter cup

Cooking cream – cup

Corn starch mixed with a little tablespoon of water – two teaspoons

The method of work

1- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2- Melt the butter in a frying pan on the stove, put the chicken pieces and leave them until they are cooked on both sides.

3- Pour the chicken broth, then leave the ingredients until they boil well.

4- Add the thyme and water, cover the pot, then leave the ingredients for about 25 minutes until they are cooked.

5- Add the cream and starch mixture to the chicken, then season with salt and black pepper.

6- Stir the ingredients carefully to combine, then leave the mixture on the fire until it holds together before serving.
