ingredients- Kofta: 500 grams (ready)Mixed spices: half a teaspoonSalt: half a teaspoonBlack pepper: a quarter of a teaspoonBreadcrumbs: 2 tablespoonsTomato: 2 tablets (peeled and chopped into small cubes)Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped into small cubes)Eggplant: 1 piece (large size / sliced)- Ghee: a tablespoonHow to prepareMix the kofta with the mixed spices, salt, rusk and black pepper.Grease the tray with ghee and place the eggplant slices on top with a pinch of salt.Spread the kofta evenly over it, then distribute the chopped tomatoes and pepper.Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, cover the tray with tin foil, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.Remove the tin and leave the kofta in the oven for 15 minutes, until browned.Serve hot with toasted bread and appetizers such as olives and pickles.
