Lasagna Soup Recipe
Lasagna: 4 slices (boiled/crumbled large pieces)
Olive oil: a tablespoon
Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
Minced meat: a quarter of a kilo
Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
Tomato paste: can
Chicken broth: 4 cups
Parmesan cheese: a third of a cup
How to prepare
Sprinkle a little black pepper over the lasagna.
In a saucepan over the fire, saute the onion until it wilts, then add the minced meat, pepper and garlic and leave until it softens.
Add tomato paste to the meat.
Pour the chicken broth to the meat and cover the pot for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
Add the lasagna, Parmesan and cream, stirring, and leave the mixture for two minutes.
Serve lasagna soup hot.
