Lasagna the authentic recipe
Meat Sauce Ingredients: Minced meat: 400 grams Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)Butter: 2 tablespoons Tomato: 2 cups (cut into small cubes)Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons Salt, to taste Black pepper to taste Cinnamon: half a teaspoon (ground)Bechamel Ingredients: Milk: 4 cups (liquid)Flour: 4 tablespoons Butter: 2 tablespoons Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)Salt, to taste Black pepper to taste Nutmeg: half a teaspoon Lasagna dough: 500 gr Mozzarella cheese: a cup and a half (grated)How to prepare To prepare the meat sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the onions to it and stir well until it changes color. Add the meat and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the tomatoes on top of the meat, then dissolve the tomato paste in a little water and pour it over the mixture. Leave the sauce on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender .To prepare the bechamel: Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the onions and stir from time to time until they wilt. Add the flour and mix well until you have a dough-like consistency. Reduce the heat and start adding milk gradually, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper and nutmeg, then remove the pot from the heat .Heat the oven to a medium heat .In the tray, put a layer of lasagna and cover it with a third of the amount of meat and a quarter of the amount of bechamel .Repeat it until the quantity runs out. Spread the cheese on the face of the tray and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until its face is red .Take the tray out of the oven hot.
