Salmon and Spinach Pie Ingredients:
400g fresh salmon piece

Three quarters of a cup of chopped spinach

puff pastry dough

crushed garlic

chopped onion

Five tablespoons of olive oil

flour for dough

Three tablespoons of mustard

salt

pepper

scrambled eggs for brushing dough

How to make salmon and spinach pie:
Fry the onions and garlic in olive oil, then add the chopped spinach, salt and pepper and leave them for about five minutes, then remove the mixture and drain it from the oil.

Roll out the puff pastry dough, then put it in the tray

Brush the salmon with mustard, then place it on top of the dough
